Terms and Conditions

  1. Applicability
    These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements between Beitske Visser (hereinafter referred to as “the seller”) and the consumer (hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”) on the webshop
  2. Offer
    All offers on the webshop are valid while stocks last. The seller cannot be held liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the products offered.
  3. Prices
    All prices mentioned include VAT and other taxes, excluding shipping costs.
  4. Agreement
    The agreement between the buyer and the seller is concluded at the time of purchase by the buyer. The seller will send a confirmation by e-mail to the buyer as soon as possible after purchase.
  5. Delivery
    The seller will deliver the ordered products to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after purchase. If the delivery is delayed, the seller will inform the buyer as soon as possible.
  6. Payment
    The buyer can pay for the products using the payment methods offered on the webshop.
  7. Returns
    The buyer has the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
  8. Liability
    The seller is only liable for damage that is the direct result of a reckless or intentional act of the seller or his/her subordinates.
  9. Force Majeure
    In the event of force majeure, the seller is entitled to suspend the execution of the agreement. Force majeure in these general terms and conditions means any circumstance beyond the control of the seller that makes performance of the agreement impossible or unreasonably expensive.
  10. Changes
    The seller reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The buyer is invited to consult the general terms and conditions regularly.
  11. Applicable law and competent court
    Dutch law applies to all offers and agreements between the seller and the buyer. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
  12. Complaints procedure
    The seller has an internal complaints procedure. If the buyer has a complaint, he/she is requested to report it to the seller in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after discovery. The seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
